By accessing or using Website Creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Website Creator is a platform that enables service-based businesses in Cyprus to:

• Create and customize a professional business website
• List their services with pricing and descriptions
• Accept and manage online booking appointments
• Be discovered through our public business directory
• Manage a photo gallery, availability schedule, and more
• Create and publish blog posts on their website
• Install the platform as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for quick access

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Website Creator provides a booking system that connects customers with businesses. Please note:

• Bookings are agreements between the customer and the business, not with Website Creator
• Businesses are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments
• Customers receive confirmation emails with booking details and a confirmation code for managing their appointments
• Website Creator is not responsible for disputes between customers and businesses

Customers can cancel or reschedule bookings using their email address and confirmation code. Individual business cancellation and refund policies may vary — please refer to the specific business's refund policy for details.

To protect the platform and ensure fair access for all users, we implement rate limiting on certain actions including login attempts, signup, contact form submissions, and API requests. If you exceed these limits, you may be temporarily blocked from performing the action. Normal usage is not affected by these limits.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your website (text, images, logos, blog posts). By using the platform, you grant Website Creator a license to display this content as part of your website and in the business directory.

Business admins are solely responsible for their blog content, including compliance with copyright laws and applicable regulations. Published blog posts are publicly visible.

The Website Creator platform, including its templates, design, and code, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed.

All user-generated content is automatically sanitised to prevent malicious code injection. Content that contains harmful scripts or code will be stripped of dangerous elements.

Website Creator provides an optional auto-translation feature powered by Google Cloud Translation API. Please note:

• Auto-translated content is provided as a convenience and may not be perfectly accurate
• Business owners are responsible for reviewing and correcting auto-translated content before publishing
• Website Creator is not liable for any errors, misunderstandings, or damages resulting from auto-translated content
• Text submitted for translation is processed by Google Cloud Translation API and is subject to Google's Cloud Terms of Service

The free plan is limited to 3 months of use. After this period expires, businesses must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the platform. Businesses will be notified before their free plan expires.

Website Creator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account
• We are not a party to any transaction between businesses and their customers

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of Website Creator after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
