Website Creator is currently offered free of charge during our early access period. As there are no fees associated with using the platform, this policy primarily covers the booking and appointment aspects of the service.
2. Booking Cancellations
If you have booked an appointment with a business through our platform, you can cancel it at any time by:
- Visiting the business's website
- Navigating to the "Manage Booking" page
- Entering your email address and the confirmation code you received
- Selecting the cancel option
We recommend cancelling as early as possible to allow the business to offer the slot to other customers.
3. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment to a different date and time using the same manage booking process described above. The new time slot must be available and within the business's operating hours.
4. No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the business may have their own policy regarding no-shows. Website Creator does not charge any fees for missed appointments, but individual businesses may choose to implement their own no-show policies.
5. Refunds for Paid Services
Any payments for services are made directly between the customer and the business. Website Creator does not process payments or handle financial transactions. For refund requests related to services received, please contact the business directly.
