Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for booking cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Hero Consulting.

You can cancel your appointment at any time by:

1. Visiting our website and navigating to the "Manage Booking" page
2. Entering your email address and the confirmation code from your booking email
3. Selecting the option to cancel your appointment

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can offer the slot to other customers.

Need to change your appointment time? You can reschedule using the same booking management process. Simply look up your booking with your email and confirmation code, then select a new available date and time.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to apply a no-show policy for future bookings. We encourage you to cancel or reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.
