This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for booking cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by FotisFitnessGym.
2. Booking Cancellations
You can cancel your appointment at any time by:
- Visiting our website and navigating to the "Manage Booking" page
- Entering your email address and the confirmation code from your booking email
- Selecting the option to cancel your appointment
We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can offer the slot to other customers.
3. Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment time? You can reschedule using the same booking management process. Simply look up your booking with your email and confirmation code, then select a new available date and time.
4. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to apply a no-show policy for future bookings. We encourage you to cancel or reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the timing of the cancellation. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a service, please contact us at karallizou.fotis@outlook.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
